How it works
Two ways to earn. You choose one.
When you join, you select a commission structure that suits the way you work and the customers you bring in. The two options are mutually exclusive - chosen at signing and applied to all of your referrals.
Option A
Upfront Commission
When a customer you refer purchases with a single upfront payment, you receive a one-time commission within 30 days. Clean, simple, immediate. Best for partners who drive high-intent, ready-to-buy customers.
Option B
Trailing Commission
When a referred customer joins a membership plan, you earn a commission every month for the full duration of their plan - automatically, as each payment clears. Best for partners building long-term audience relationships.
A commitment
Your commission structure is your choice - but once selected, it applies to every referral you make. If you ever want to change, your referral count and milestone progress reset to zero.
The membership model
Forma Elyseen products are available through a flexible membership model. Customers can pay in full for a discount, or spread payments across 12, 24, or 36 months. For trailing-commission partners, longer plans mean more months of earning.

Platinum founding rates
Early adopters get the best rates. Always.
Partners who join before our public launch receive Platinum tier commission and GP share rates - the highest in the program. These rates are locked in for the lifetime of your agreement. Rates offered after launch will be lower. This is your window.

Submit your application below. Tell us who you are, who your audience is, and why you want to partner with Forma Elyseen. We review every application personally.

Sign your agreement
Successful applicants receive the Partner Agreement and the full information booklet. You select your commission structure - upfront or trailing - at signing. Your unique referral link and partner code are then issued.

Share and sell
Use your referral link across your platforms, content, and conversations. Every customer who purchases through your link is tracked automatically. Monitor referrals, sales, and milestones through your partner dashboard.

Get paid and rewarded
Upfront commissions paid within 30 days of a cleared sale. Trailing commissions paid monthly as each customer payment clears. Milestone gifts dispatched within 30 days of confirmation.
